• We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £15.  All orders £14.99 and below, will be charged £3.99 delivery.
• We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from us when your order has been despatched.  
• Items are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. Deliveries to Scotland and Highland, Islands may take slightly longer.
• We use a range of different couriers for different products depending on the size and weight of each product. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to any address outside the UK.
• On occasion we may send orders with multiple items separately, depending on the most efficient delivery option available for each product.
