This 18cm Blue Pro saucepan is an innovative kitchen essential that both novice and seasoned home cooks can use to create hearty rice & pasta based dishes for their family and friends.

The Blue Pro sauce pan has been manufactured from aluminium, and features a dynamic 5-layer construction that not only allows the heat to conduct faster during cooking, but also retains the heat for longer, ensuring you get the perfect results when boiling pasta, rice, or vegetables.

The 5-layer hybrid stone coating also adds to the hardwearing nature of the saucepan, as it allows it to be used in the oven at temperatures up to 220°C without compromising the quality. Like all Blackmoor pans, this 18cm Blue Pro saucepan is suitable to be used on all hob types, such as gas, electric, and induction hobs, as well as on hot plates, and features a non-stick coating that allows you to cook with little to no oil when making sauces.

The pan features a blue high-shine coating that will compliment both modern and traditional kitchen settings, and comes complete with a scratch resistant surface that will keep your pan looking fresher for longer. The non-stick saucepan comes complete with an ergonomic stainless-steel handle that stays cool to the touch throughout the cooking process, (excluding oven use), and also features a neatly placed hole that allows you to hang the pan up after use.

The saucepan also comes complete with a tempered glass lid, which allows you to keep the heat inside the saucepan when in use, whilst also being able to keep an eye on proceedings too.
