Product Description
This deluxe 12-piece kitchen knife set delivers a mixture of hardwearing and ultra-versatile kitchen knives and steak knives, that will not only allow you to slice, dice, and chop a wide variety of foods when preparing meals, but will also allow you to host lavish parties or family dinners where you can serve up steaks and other thick cuts of meats, safe in the knowledge that you have the right utensils for the evening.
The deluxe kitchen knife set features six individual knives that are a chefs knife, a carving knife, a bread knife, a utility knife, a paring knife, and a peeling knife, whilst the set also comes complete with six individual steak knives.
The kitchen knife set also features a pair of multi-purpose scissors that are perfect for completing quick tasks around the kitchen, and all the items are stored in a modern and stylish matt black block, that features its own in-built in sharpening tool, that will allow you to quickly and easily sharpen your kitchen knives when the need to do so arises.
Each of the twelve knives have been crafted from hardwearing stainless steel, and the blades have been cooled in liquid nitrogen during the manufacturing process, making them both stronger, and able to hold their sharpness for longer. The knives also feature an innovative edge retention system that ensures their fine cutting angle stays sharper for longer, meaning you can use the knives multiple times before the need to re-sharpen them.
The kitchen knives each feature a smooth touch, ergonomic stainless steel handle which will not only make using them ultra-comfortable, but will also give you a more precise and stable cutting motion when preparing meats, fish, breads, fruits, and vegetables.
The knives each register a 52 hardness on the HRC rating scale, meaning they are top-quality knives for home cooks, but the soft steel will be easy to sharpen when required to do so after continuous use.
Each of the twelve individual knives will need to be washed before their first use, then immediately after each subsequent use to preserve their durability. We also recommend that they are never used directly on a glass surface as this can affect their sharpness, and lead to them to deteriorate quicker over time.
