    This exquisitely designed two piece knife set will deliver some elegant and stylish options to your kitchen knife sets, with the addition of a Santoku knife, and a chefs knife, that can each comfortably slice and dice a wide array of meats, fish, and vegetables.

    The Santoku knife has a 17.5cm blade that has a scalloped edge, which not only enhances the cutting and slicing capabilities of the knife, but also releases foods from the blade easier, thus resulting in a reduction of the chances of the food shredding, and in the process giving you a better all-round finish.

    The chefs knife has a 19.6cm blade that has a smooth edge, and delivers a sharp, clean cut that is perfect for slicing, carving, chopping and dicing everyday fruits and vegetables at meal prep times.

    Both the Santoku knifes and chef’s knifes blades were cooled by liquid nitrogen in the manufacturing process, which makes the blades much stronger than standard knives, and allows them both to retain their super sharp edges for longer.

    The kitchen knives both come complete with an ergonomic pakkawood handle, which not only add to the overall allure of the kitchen knives, but also deliver a material that is highly resistant to both heat and moisture, making them ideal for use in the kitchen.

    Both the Santoku knife and chefs knife registers a 52 hardness on the HRC rating scale, meaning they are the best knives for home cooks, especially because the soft steel is nice and easy to sharpen when required to do so after continuous use.

    The overall length of the Santoku knife is 30.5cm, with the chefs knife measuring 33.5cm, meaning that they will comfortably fit in a standard size kitchen drawer, or for added safety and peace of mind, a standard knife block.

    To maximise the preservation of both of the kitchen knives it is recommended that they are never used directly on a glass surface, as this could have a detrimental effect on the sharpness of the blade. Also, each of the knives will need to be washed in hot soapy water before their first use, then washed by hand after each subsequent use.
